Durch den spektakulären Nordwesten Griechenlands

Rundreise durch den Epirus in Griechenland mit Besuch der Vikos Schlucht im Vikos-Aoos Nationalpark im Pindos und Tymfi Gebirge.
Wir fliegen von Frankfurt zunächst nach Korfu. Von der nördlichen ionischen Insel geht es mit der Fähre weiter auf das Festland. Wir besuchen das Orakel und Amphitheater von Dodona und übernachten am ersten Tag in Igoumenitsa, Hauptstadt des Epirus. Weiter in die Abgeschiedenheit der Steindörfer der Zagori, an den Rand der Vikos Schlucht und nach Monodendri. Atemberaumende Blick, die typischen Steinbrücken und eine grandiose Landschaft begleiten uns auch in den nächsten Tagen von Konitsa in die Aoos Schlucht und dann beim Abstieg in die Vikos Schlucht bis an die Quellen des Voïdomátis.
Die Rückreise ist dann mit allerlei Hindernissen versehen…

Ich habe dieses Jahr auch im Epirus Urlaub gemacht und mich dazu entschlossen, dort ein wunderschönes Haus zu kaufen. Nächstes Jahr werde ich es fertig stellen und ausbauen....und dort die wunderschöne Landschaft entdecken.....ich bin positiv aufgeregt...ein neues Abenteuer beginnen...

Hallo, schöne Aufnahmen von Griechenland. Wie man sieht, gibt es da viel zu sehen. Die Steinbrücke, bei 16:40 ist ein sehr schönes Fotomotiv. Die Schwenks sind noch etwas stotterig, hier wären 60 FPS besser. Nur so als Tipp. Ansonsten aber schön gezeigt. Der Daumen hoch Nr. 21 ist von mir. Gruß Rainer

Also ich war öfters vor Jahren mit dem Auto über Griechenland nach Türkei gefahren so bald ich in Griechenland war habe ich mich wie zu Hause gefühlt ❤🇬🇷🇹🇷🍺👍🤝🤝🤝

And like this Greece has so many incredible landscapes all across it's lands. I mean 80% mountains, of which 20% of all of Europe's Ultra peak mountains resides in Greece. Switzerland has 8 Ultra peaks, Austria 12, Croatia 0, Spain 4 on it's mainland, and Greece has 19. So it's comes to show how intense Greece's wild landscapes are and incredibly complex geography and topography. So you visited the Vikos gorge and Aoos gorge. What is also recommended in like end of may or june is the Dragon lake on that mountain (Mount Tymfi). And also Grammos mountain and the whole area there. Then Tzoumerka mountains also with it's many waterfalls like Twin waterfalls, the springs of Verliga, The baros Pass, rema marks, waterfall at Matsouki, etc. Then the, wider pindus mountains, Agrafa mountains, Acheloos valley, Tymfristos mountain, Karpenisi, prousos mount chelidona, lake Kremaston. Then Parnassos mountain, Mount Giona, Mount vardousia and the wider region. Then also mount Olympus, Lake kerkini, Rhodope mountains on the Greek side (this area is shared with Bulgaria). And so so much more. Really. There are so many more areas to name, just on the mainland
