Why don't you put your efforts toward contact your representatives (Congressional rep, Senators) in Washington whose purview actually IS international policy rather than at a local level where it is nothing but performative?

We can do both actually, which we have. Representative Foushee now supports a ceasefire, which she did not until we called her for months and months begging for humanity. She is not actually working for a ceasefire, but she at least has signed a letter (sound performative? that's politics)@@jillcnc

And people trying to get somewhere on the Durham Freeway were not happy with you, whatever your cause. Y'all are throwing tantrums without even knowing the complexities of your professed cause. Did you know that there was a mob yesterday trying to break the windows at Jose Andres' restaurant in New York City? Andres runs World Central Kitchen, which is doing airdrops of humanitarian aid TO GAZA. You know what throwing tantrums gets you? I'm from the Vietnam era. In 1968, the Yippies (a group very much like yours, only with a different cause) rioted at the Democratic National Convention. You know what that brought us? President Nixon -- the most corrupt president we ever had until Trump came along.
