Not sure which is more heavenly, the KA homemade lawnmower engine car rig, or the 4 lane divided state hwy without a soul in sight. Good times man, thanks for sharing. p.s. those tires you got on the MGB make it look great!

In my younger days we done that with a go kart during a rare ice storm. Los of fun. Also done that with a M109 self prpelled Howitizer on the end of the motor pool. About 30 tons will make the ground shake.

When swapping engines in your truck did you notice increases without changing gears? Are you considering building an engine for more power, or do you like the fact that it still has a warranty?
@ChrisfromKeyfarm9 ай бұрын
I'm afraid I don't understand the first question. The second, so I'm not really the engine building guy , I'm more of the what can I make a small engine do kinda guy. I'm all for a little more power , but once you get to a certain point, why continue to put money into this type of engine, they end up being pushed to their limits and ( often ) unreliable, in my opinion at that point you should just get a larger engine or a different type of engine.

That looks pretty tall for a MGB. What wheels and tires are you running on that thing? Do you do anything to the suspension? Thanks
@ChrisfromKeyfarm8 ай бұрын
Part of the reason it sets high is because I removed so much weight from the front by removing the original engine also it still has the tires that came on it which are technically boat trailer tires. I haven't done anything to the suspension
