Could always run two of the same transmission so you can split each gear 4 different ways and spin the earth with that little motor. 👌

Now you're talking on the v-twin on the MG. I was really disappointed when Robot Cantina was going to put the v-twin in the first generation Honda Insight. I'll settle for the v-twin in the MG. I thought the Insight was a good platform since it's so slick through the air. Thanks for posting your mods. Lots of work, but lots of fun!

At least get a twin v motor lots more tork from harbor fright then you go down the highway lol 😆 😂 you at least hit 60 take the governor off you will fell the pep 😂 real simple to bypass the governor super easy takes few minutes you might have to bend the other throttle rod day so it clears the air cleaner push it down bend it not gonna hurt it then make sure throttle on carb is in the idel position then tape the throttle rod the butterfly rod on the carburetor hook the rod against the slider throttle that moves back and forth when you hit the throttle tape those 2 together and you are set also use zip tie with the tape you have twice the power

Also be cool to see two fuel lines exhaust and carbs synchronized. The 420 cc are 13 horsepower and $379. The 670 cc is $899 and 22 horsepower

I love watching how you hook up the engine to transmissions and pulleys etc. I live in apartment. I wish I could weld and had space to tinker so have to settle on watching your videos. I could actually drive your MG as a daily driver 5 miles to work flat land 35 mph speed limit and Walmart and grocery store less than a mile away.

I saw a MG midget with a souped up Harley V twin in it. The same guy also the same motor in a VW Beetle. He said they would go over 70 mph. Dont know what kind of horsepower and torque 1200 cc harleys made in the 1980s so always wondered if they really were that fast. I saw him go 55 mph in both cars.

I had an old Geo and had the clutch pedal bracket pull through the firewall. I had to float the gears to get home. The trick is not to stop lol. I would start it in gear to take off. I had my clutch ho out on my International 9400. I had a load and was only 20 minutes from my customer. It was the pressure plate that went. I ran through a yellow turn red light with a local sitting at the light. I was hopping on the hwy coming out the ports in New Orleans. When i told the cop i couldn't stop because of the clutch shocked him so much that he just handed me back my license and said be careful. Dot and i would've been calling a wrecker. Great show on the fun builds.

Hi Chris! Love your videos and am still building my grandsons 1949 Willys Jeep with Predator engine. Update: I now have everything needed except for the one inch inside diameter coupler. My searches on Ebay are not turning up anything with the wall thickness and set screws that you are showing in the videos. Please advise the search description that might show the desired coupler for this project. Thanks! Your videos have really inspired me to create this awesome project for my grandson with CP. This is his Jeep that he will drive offroad and on and off the trailer at car shows. Thanks again!

You probably need what is called a pulse pump they are very popular for engines like this and you don't need to regulate the pressure.

If you go with an electric fuel pump you only need one or two pounds of pressure
