Call me crazy but...I honestly think you got it backwards my guy. Comparing the two, the first one actually looks less runny then the second one plus the bubbles are smaller and there are more of them, making it thicker are more frothy. Where the second one the bubbles are bigger making it more runny. Pay close attention to the parts where you run your finger through the soap. On the first pass, the trails you made stayed for a long time. In comparison, the second time you run your fingers through the soap, the tracks almost instantly goes away due to the runniness.

You got better foam with the original orifice. I have the same cannon that came with the orifice with Oring.

The foam cannon is rated at 1.2 gallons per minute and 1,000 psi and over..

How do I connect the bottom end of the gun handle? A regular hose doesn’t connect to it.

is not made for home house hose, is made for pressure washer hose.

What size orifice comes with the cannon?

Just purchased this cannon for my gas 3000psi/2.3gpm unit. I also picked up the 1.1mm orifice but trying to decide if it would be okay to use on the higher psi/gpm unit. What do you think?

I would not change the orifice. The smaller orifice is for pressure washers that have a low gpm. You already have a high gpm so I would stick with the one that is installed.
