I love these reviews of more obscure titles and imports. I am preffering these types of games to most of the AAA releases these days, but it is difficult to keep track of what is out and worth playing. These videos help tremendously.

I adore this series. Pre-ordered the US release coming out in September :) very fair review and score. I am glad that you got to play it, even if it wasn't quite as charming as Dusk Diver 1.

As someone who just started playing it on Steam, every part of the game runs wonderfully. I plan to make my own video covering the Steam release, once I've made my way through most of the game. From what I've played so far, this game is a huge step up from the first game to me.

Still waiting for my order to ship. Did get an email from Play-Asia saying they highly recommend downloading the day 1 patch so I'm hoping that it will fix some of the chugging issues. I actually really enjoyed the first game and was shocked that they made a second game. So as long as its not an unplayable mess, I am looking forward to playing it when my copy arrives!

👊🏽I was one of those who really liked the first one and am still playing it (I play a bunch at the same time) . I will be waiting for this one to release here before thinking about picking it up though. And I play the first on ps4 without too much trouble. I'm not super picky about frames and stuff unless it's unplayable.

I got the first one I think the only issue I have with it, was getting enough crystals or shards to go to the next dungeon.

You just have to walk around district (boss will tell you if you are near one, if you don't see it first) or instead of blindly walking, after finishing one sidequest you can buy info from one guy and it will show you where they are, or eat at stands/restaurants (after getting five stars you'll get it as reward for regular customer).

Is it just me or are the environments more boring this time around? The weird demon dimension in the first game was kind of repetitive, but you could at least tell at a glance that it was the other dimension because of the funky colors and stuff. In this video, it just looks like a generic street or building, to the point where I'm wondering if it's still supposed to be another dimension or not. Like the devs just downloaded a generic anime asset pack and called it a day. It actually somehow looks more budget than the first game did.

Idiotic minority taste brothers unite! I was almost worried this game had been delayed because there was literally no marketing for it. So Japan eShop only makes sense. I loved playing the first game and was super excited ... until you broke my heart with the game being held together by Post It notes... here's to hoping the rest of the video tells me the waifu love is justified ... and then you said "duel ballistics" and my faith in humanity is restored!
