Dusk Review: An Amazing 90s Shooter (From 2018)

Here’s something a bit different - a review of boomer shooter Dusk, originally released in 2018. DUSK is one of the if not the pinnacle star of modern throwback indie shooters. It's throwback to the likes of Doom, Quake, Duke Nukem 3D, Blood, Half-Life and others throughout the subgenre's Golden Age make itself along with AMID EVIL, Ion Fury, Prodeus, Project Warlock, CULTIC, and others rise upon what's turning out to be the Renaissance of boomer shooter/retro style shooter or whatever different folks like to call these type of shooters. Another great shooter made by David Szymanski that you should tryout is Chop Goblins which is a very short game with the cost of just 5 US Dollars on Steam that despite it being short and semi low budget from a big man indie developer in our friend Szymanski; it's still a super fun ride of a short and quick experience! if you like this you absolutely need to try CULTIC, it feels as genuine as Dusk when it comes to feeling more like it was made in the 90s rather than simply being a tribute to it

I'm okay with bite-sized videos, but no "byeee"? What has been lost... Anyway, Dusk has been hyped up in this and other channels that even my faint memories of enjoying Quake feel drawn to investigate it. If you're all gonna twist my arm and see how people have evolved this particular niche of FPS-ery, I might as well... but will you be making more of these snippet-reviews?
