Btw, unlocking the door is a special action and doesn't use the stack. That's why you weren't able to blow your opponent out by removing the room when they unlocked it.

the effect does use the stack, but it doenst say "as long as this permanent is in play" so it still resolves

Manifest is a special action. Activating a room is an activated ability. Most if not all of them do not require the enchantment itself to exist to function. Edit: it is also a special action that causes a trigger, so I was wrong.

@@imfantab5809 The trigger on unlock uses the stack. Unlocking it doesn't it, that's why blowing it up did nothing because the trigger from unlocking is already on the stack

This is a grindy format. Definitely could have used some more card advantage.17:30: PSA- unlocking rooms is like morph-it's a special action. Probably to avoid the blowouts where you sink 6 mana into a room into the many disenchants in that format.
