Great memories, my first trip was thanksgiving 1975, there were only about 6 Baja's in our group. Sure would like to make another trip out there !

I've wanted to go since run #1, but it always falls on the same weekend as the NORRA 500 so I always miss it... Absolutely! Just as long as you are aware it is "ride at your own risk" and there will be a lot of cars out there! I don't want anyone getting hurt, but definitely want everyone to be able to participate in whatever they like best. It also has to be offroad capable, as we are camping and riding in an ohv area

@mtnduck3674 I started as a 19 year old on a ttr 125 which felt a bit heavy at that time, moved on to a two stroke kx100 and loved it. It was a lot lighter and easier to throw around, but you have to be used to throttle control because two stroke is peppy

@@dustbuggy I'm guessing a lot of the areas that we drove are probably closed, they started closing up trails the last time I was there, a couple of good friends of mine had their ashes scattered out there.
