Dustin played Screech far longer than just the original runs of Saved By The Bell or even The College Years.....I remember him in the late 90s as the Assistant Principal to Belding in the 'New Class' reboot. He was part of the show far longer than anybody else.

Poor Screech , he was a great child actor who really was treated unfairly by Hollywood after Saved By The Bell . As if being type casted wasn't bad enough, getting in a bar fight that landed him in jail , he was also accused of making pornography. WoW, in 1990 I got Diagnosed Late Stages Hodgkins Lymphoma I was real sick from 1979-1980 but my Dr said it was all in my head. So in 1983 I joined the Army RNG and during Basic Training I lost Conciseness three times in one morning before the drill Sargent allowed me to go on sick call and the Military Drs told me they knew what was wrong with me but wouldn’t tell me what I had. Then they said if I would have joined the regular Army they would Discharge me but because I joined the ARNG I was graduating in two weeks and I was their Problem !!! I asked them to discharge me right then and they refused saying it would cost the army to much and I’d have to stay at Fort Benning Georgia for 2-3 Months to be discharged. Well I eventually got out of the army after 6 months with General Discharge under Honorable Conditions. In 2010 my oncologist retired and he told me that when he met me in 1990 he didn’t think I was going to live 6 more Months I was so Sick. And he didn’t tell me back then because I went to all my Appointments alone, I had no loved ones who cared about me. I’m was 27 years old in Basic Training 35 years old when diagnosed with cancer I’m 65 years old now and I still live all alone. Oh I have a Daughter who was from from Alaska but I’ve never been allowed to know her and she calls the man that gave me his sisters hand in marriage her Father in Public. I live all my life in Western NY Her mother left her when she was 8 years old and returned to her when she was 18 years old and that’s when I believe her mom told her I was her Biological Father Her mother helped her write her poem book and first two CD’s and her Songs Foolish Games and Enter from the East are about the situation that involves me and her mother. That’s right Jewel Kilcher is My Biological Daughter

Don't know which one is more sadder, him passing away which it is or the music itself. I kept this guy in my prayers and I hope he is resting in the arms of Jesus. You will be missed my friend, thank you for sharing your talent acting abilities and for making us laugh. I will pray for your family and friends who knew you and loved you and the Fans who loved you as well, that God gives us all Peace and Comfort in times like this. Dying is really not the end of life, though we, our physical body, dies our new and spirital body lives on. For you Dustin Diamond and billions of other people past away, NOW YOU CAN BEGIN LIVING. Super sad situation almost a cautionary tale of how relentless and unfortunate life can be especially when he wanted better people reserve the right for change ln life , His Mom died young his brother died young, next to no family ,only to pass with his gf there for him . That's sad as ever . He was literally the best worth while cast member from that entire show, only too be shunned by most of them . Alot of short comings with this story, saddest part is blind sided with Cancer without out a chance in hell in only ,3 weeks. Super young, tragic hollywood story here for sure . Rip

There has been a death in the family as I told NBC and Saved By The BellCast.For3decadesbeforebeginning another episode on Peacock, we tv fans get to know Dustin Diamond. Before he starred as Brandon in Hamlet A.D.D., After The Weakest Link and Celebrity Boxing and Dickie Roberts: Child Star, he was a teen star playing Screech on that 90s teen show. Appearing this last year with the reunited cast on the web version of the show was a successful run on their first season till next season. But what we didn't is when we check on youtube as well as tabloids from people and EW, He was diagnosed with small-cell lung carcinoma and went on undergoing chemotherapy and sadly days later, I asked Mario Lopez that he passed away at 44. So on behalf of Rest In Peaceandyoutube.com and NBC, their sincere condolences to the cast of the show going on here on peacock and good luck dedicating this web show only on peacock. Also to his family and their close friends. Tori Spelling is in mourning.
