My favorite role was his 1973 guest appearance in a Hawaii Five-O episode called "The Child Stealers" where he plays a bad guy. Hip-hugger jeans were in style at the time, and in the final scene he is wrestling with the cops & the camera catches 2 quick flashes of his "almost" bare butt. Magnificent!

I grew up listening to his music on Sundays as my Dad would play his albums. Especially on rainy days. The song Rose has gotten me through so many bad time's in my life. I would like to thank him for his beautiful voice and his whistling as they were so calming for me. I so sad when he stopped singing but understand why. God Bless him and his family and friends.
