He's the most respectable fighter in all the sport, honestly. We got some very good ones, but Poirier is another breed.
@johngallagher91513 жыл бұрын
I've been watching MMA sports for a while, and I have to agree. I would also say Justin Gaethje and Tony Ferguson were some notable UFC fighters, although I know Tony Ferguson has his flaws because they are public and Justin Gaethje's are not, we ALL have our flaws and mistakes to own. Some worse than others, but people can change and grow. Just because so many people don't grow and learn from their mistakes does not mean there aren't people who try to, and succeed.

Dustin said to Conor, "Your coach was right, I couldn't forget that KO, but I was able to forgive myself."

Dustin is the man dude. I'm not even the biggest fan. Hell, to be honest, I've only started rewatching the UFC almost two years ago. But Poirier is like the main character in a movie, he's been the underdog a long time and he's the epitome of growth and perseverance. He deserves to be champion.

He is literally protagonist of martial arts movie. Started as hot-headed guy who thought wrath helped him fighting, but lost the main fight. Met wonderful girl who believed in him and inspired him. After more training, hard work and finding mature way to behave, Dustin managed to get the rematch

Dustin Porior is a true champion. The savages he's gone through, the wars he's won. You never see him take a step back in a fight. Not only that but his heart, his character, his will is a true inspiration. It is all earned in blood and paid in full. The good fight foundation is just representative of all that he stands for. I truly admire Dustin Porior and genuinely see him as a role model and leader, if I ever become half the man Dustin is then I'd be truly proud. But I honestly genuinely don't think I could ever be half of the man he is. He is and will always be the person I look too when I ask myself the question, "What does it mean to be a champion." Love you Dustin, go out there and do what u do best, Hunt and inspire!
