Seriously one of your best vids ever! As an artist and cyclist I admire your work! I do have one question: for the sake of cadence wouldn't you rather run a lower t front ring and therefore a closer ratio rear? I know the gravel/mtb world is enamored by big ring clusters but I personally would rather give up the highs for good climbing power and closer ratios climbing power. What if you had a 36t front instead? A 34t? Lighter and better ground clearance as well. Thanks DK!

You should make a template of the frame pattern (even if it’s not to scale, although that would be ideal) get a tin of green spray paint and self customise that bag! It’s a gorgeous bike, so jealous, wish you many miles of happy pedalling.

tip for the eagle axs drivetrain: you can set up (on the app) what shifter does what. That way you can shift up and down on the same lever. I discovered your channel last week and I love your editing style! If I ever get a gravel bike it will definitely be the Wilier Jena DCO in tundra

Your white model would be so cool with a Lauf Fork. Gal in my riding group has the red lauf true grit, the one with the bottle opener where the front derailleur would be and it is sleek as fuuck. Got to test ride it for a few minutes on the trail and hoping to win a few dollars in the lottery just to get one.

I love the frame set, I think the Wiliers bike is one of the best in the gravel game, but the price!!! I got quoted $6700 (a $5000) mark up from the standard frame) and $13 700 the whole Jena! There is no official price on the Wiliers site yet. Is this New York prices and what should the price be?

If you need side pull cages I recommend Elite Cannibals -- great. The only con I found so far, their "backplate" is straight and solid, so they don't play nice if you have to mount them on something odd as Wolftooth Brad adjusters. I wanted the same Pirelli tires as well, but 700x45 and I am afraid they won't make them in time for this season. We will see...

Dustin Klein agreed, I have the Stans Crest rims on my 7 Evergreen but I wanna go wider. My hardtail Mtn bikes all have at least i30 and I just built up a set of i45 for my Esker Hayduke Wider is so much better for most tires. My friend has 700x40c on i30 rims and they fit perfectly
