I was watching this and my little 9 year old daughter walks in to the room, she’s dusty and says “what the heck is that!” And continued with “he looks like one of them generals in one of my cartoons!” 😂 brilliant!

Everything varies, and this is what people don't understand when they take advice from youtubers. Some people keep doing the exercises with pain even if it's completely wrong for their body.

Your the best Dusty! I love this exercise but feel it more in my front delts. I am a glad to have discovered you tube and Instagram. I am old and not tech savvy, wish I had seen this years ago.I set the incline and just kept doing it! I wasted so much time. Your videos are very helpful and straight to the point

Could you do a video on how you get out of the machine and reset the bar in the smith if you finish on the negative when you do a DC set and train alone? I tend to shorten the negative on that last rep so I slide out and have to start from the bottom on my next rest pause set because the weight gets too heavy to heave back up into a starting position.
