We're used to see out there young "youtubers" athletes working out with two training partners + coach, both removing plates for him e stuff... And here we see Chris, 3x mister Olympia, working out by himself with a camera guy, no coach, no sparring, having to remove every plate every round with no complaints.

Chris is one of my fave pros. Nick walker and Chris. Chris is real deal. What you see is how he really is. Laid back and humble and very friendly with fans . So many smucks in ifbb. Chris stands out as a good guy above the rest forsure. I'm huge too like him only I have huge beer belly and not as Many ripples and striations on my body. None actually. I can say I used to lift. I still look like I lift. Damm I gotta get back to gym.

9:38 Sprinkling a little pink Himalayan sea salt is the best to add to your pre-workout / water especially in the summer. Like CBum said not a lot to where you can taste it but just a few sprinkles. Aside from ego lifting, majority of the times when ppl strain a muscle it is due to dehydration from sweating profusely.

Focus on your form, build your muscle connection from the ground up. & Do medium weight 10-12 reps. Make sure you find your one rep max so you can find that sweet spot for the weight , and you adjust as you get stronger

Not quite enough volume for a natural. 2 working sets? Nah. But on the other hand, drop sets are invaluable. Not to knock the GOAT. I WILL be doing this program on the next chest day but I’ll gas the volume.

Volume is person dependent. He did 10 total sets, if at the end of that someones chest fills obliterated, then that's enough volume. Rep range can be tweaked and this can work for anyone. I'm natty, I lift heavy all the time and then drop set on the last exercise. This can work. And besides, growing comes from the kitchen, especially of your natty

This is why the word ‘Heavy’ is subjective. I clicked this video thinking he was going 4-6 reps. Instead he’s going 10-12. The fitness industry should start defining ‘Heavy’ as Max RPE/ 0 RIR for whatever the rep ceiling is.
