Yes, Dusty was nearly blind and they always had her climbing down staircases while singing, bless her heart. This interviewer was polite and respectful for the most part. But some of the questioning was an invasion. Dusty handled it with grace, as usual. Good to hear her talk about the THRILL she got from live performing. So honest.

I hate to idolize the others people,but i'm glad she was an aries like.my gorgeous sister,who was beautiful and smart as her and who lives in heaven with dusy springfield and my dad

For whatever reason she just wasn't able to. I love and respect her regardless. Please recall she was a HUGE star when she left London. Could a Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman, or Sandra Bullock come out today? Not saying any of those women are gay. What I am saying is that homophobia is strong as ever. Dusty was a complex, wonderful human being and thank god for her.
