Hey Dusty...Loving the new stuff. Love getting my life changed! Anyways, I do my potatoes similarly but one thing I do different to get that extra crispiness, oh yeah babe, is let the pan heat up with the oil in the oven while the oven is warming up. Gives those little potato nuggets some extra crispiness:) Keep this life changing stuff coming!!!
