We can't watch your videos late at night anymore... because we get so hungry we want to get up and go cook at 11pm!!!! This looks stunning, I've never seen potatoes in a roast look so gorgeous. And I'm glad you directed us to your mission statement video. I hadn't gone back and watched many older videos since subscribing, but I absolutely love your purpose! I've started writing down my own recipes as best I can for my little son so that he can have them one day. (Although I relate to exactly what you said - we're cooking, not building a piano!) We're loving your videos and recipes.

I have the same problem watching cooking shows late in the evening and getting hungry. Good idea writing down your recipes and maybe make a note of when, where or who. That would definitely add to the history and interest of your recipe. I was afraid the spuds looked too much like bananas. Thanks for watching and taking the time to write such wonderful comments.

@@idahofoodie3764 that is an excellent idea to put the who/what with my recipes. I hadn't thought of that, but I'm definitely going to, thank you!

as a mississippian , thats been living his entire life the idaho way unknowingly, i gotta say. wow. this is just spot on for how i presume the Idahoans would represent the mississippians. this is like that time that jimmy neutron switched up to the fairly odd parents universe. just right !!

I hope that is good. This is a great recipe and the person that originated this recipe should be given a medal. Thanks for watching.

I'm gonna have to try adding something vinegary to my next roast, I've never done that.

The idea of using vinegar or some kind of pickle juice to a roast opens the door for a lot of possibilities. Thanks for watching.
