We have row houses in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. I like that there are "Entry Ways" or "Foyers" in the U.S we have what we call "Open Concept" which is meaning that the floor plan for shared spaces is open with as little walls as possible. The room at the front of the house is sometimes called a "mud room" here in the U.S but it is attached maybe to the garage for a drop all area for bags and boots etc. These are so cute and cozy 😊

I am Dutch (I speak English here so others can understand as well, next to that you use the English language in your video's as well). I love that we can now make rowhouses (townhouses) that are actually functional. I wish we get a Dutch style neightbourhood in the future of the Sims 4, due to that we have a a lot of people living on square meters. I think the world would look really accurate and cool if there would be one. I have created rowhouses in the Sims 4 as well. I love making Dutch homes. I even made a whole neightbourhood in Newcrest a few months ago. I plan on doing that again the next build. And you explained Dutch homes very well to non natives. Keep up the good work!

I always have had a shower tub combo in the bathroom as a kid. So we have that or a shower, but never just a bath.

Such a cool built! And I’m so happy this is more European 😅 Here in Germany my parents had the laundry in the half bathroom. All the apartment blocks I’ve lived in since then had laundry in the basement. Either a shared laundry and drying space or a space to set up your own washer and dryer in a shared wet room and a shared dry room where you can hang your clothes up to dry!

I agree, even though I have my little washer in the bathroom currently, its way more common to have them in the basement (which is definitely more safe as well, even though its tedious work to walk up and down every time 😅) I really like this build, I have distant relatives in the netherlands and I remember seeing those type of houses everywhere 👍

This looks exactly like the rowhouse my boyfriend lived in when he studied in Breda. Literally creepy. I love it. I hated that place (he had absolutely disgusting roommates lol) but i have so many fond memories of visiting anyway.

My partner and I traveled to Netherlands last year, we stayed in Zwannenberg for a while and we loved the architecture and feel, everything was so peaceful and homey. We dream of living there in a rowhouse, hopefully someday ☺loved the build, thank you Marie!

i decided to gentrify forgotten hollow, so i placed this build in the lot where vlad used to live. there's a cemetary around it and the families all have small children, and i moved all the werewolves into the other lots in the world as well. i thought it would be hilarious watching families try to have normal lives and rear children in a world full of occults.

- Grandma would own plopsy store for sure. - the decorative bikes from for rent (maybe they are a world item) would be great to replace the bikes as the functional ones disappear into sims inventory. - I wish there was a fully furnished one, because I'm a live mode simmer, not a build/buy simmer 😅

my boyfriend and i are from and live in austria and we also dont have a small-ish flat (50m^2) and we have a combined washing-dryer machine. like it can do both, its the size of a regular washing machine. arguably the dryer is not the best and the machine is very loud but it gets the job done! i‘m sure there are better (more expensive) ones out there

I absolutely love them! They look a lot like British houses as well! I am playing in the more modern one and unfortunately my sim can't get upstairs D: I've tried moving the stairs around, so I'm wondering if it is just my sim and if it worked when you built it? Perhaps it's just me?

Oeh! Can you also build some crappy social housing ones? You know, with the tiny paved frontyards, one house with weeds growing all over, another nicely paved, another with some grass patches and some bicycles in the garden... When i think of rijtjeshuizen, i usually don't envision them this beautiful. The ones you built are super new, recently built, and there is just something about the sims 4 and ugly, run-down, aged builds :P

Erg mooi gemaakt. Maar voor,normale rijtjeshuis zijn ze nog best groot. Als ik de overloop zie zelden zo groot in het echt. En bij opa en oma in huis erg jamer de wasmachine en zo ben3den in de keuken. Badkamer is zo immens groot keuken eigenl8jk ook. Dat bijvoorbeeld een inloop douche veel handiger is en waar de douche staat daar wasmachine en droger want die dingen in d3 badkamer kom je oo, nog best veel tegen. Maar verder erg mooi gemaakt. Wat wel weer jammer is en dat kon met sims 3 beter dat je heel gemakkelijk, een bruikbare zolder kan maken want dat mis je dan weer wel al is het maar met een vlizotrap naar boven

De rij huizen in gelderland zien er wat anders uit ik leef nu in een appartement dij huis op de 2 de verdieping mijn moeder leeft ook in een due heeftvnaaadt de deur aan de linker kant een kleine wc daar naast een trap als je recht door gaar bij de gang kom je in eeen kleine keuken en recht in de gang is de woon kamer boven heeft 1 kleine slaapkamer 2 groote slaap kamer een een normaal groote badkamer met alleen een douche en een wasbak
