Hello. in my church you can receive communion only after having confessed but the problem is that to communion every Sunday you have to confess every week so it is complicated generally people confess and receive communion only once a month is that enough 1 communion per month? what can I do

Confess during Vespers night before, during the week, or if allowed, by phone and receive absolution before Divine Liturgy. Or find an Orthodox parish that doesn't forbid regular communion 🤔

And when wife or husband deprive their spouse of intimate relalations, then who is wrong doing? If you dont do your marital duties you married the wrong person. Better do NOT marry ever.

Intimacy should be full of God's Love when overflowing to physical Intimacy. Get wise counseling if necessary, preferably from Orthodox Holy Spirit filled spiritual father

St John Chrysostom says a wife or husband must never deny sexual relations unless both parties have agreed to, temporarily.
