ah Duty, remember serving my time with them back in 2014, raiding Bandit and Mercenary Outposts, fighting in Dead City against invading Freedomers and then going artifact hunting to later buy ourselves some treats so we can relax at the campfire. Dark times, very dark times but i miss them.

There's a truce between duty and freedom in stalker 2. Although randomly for no reason and it's never explained in game they start fighting again. I don't get it.

@@GhostShipBaychimo Would of been nice if the game actually explained that or mentioned it even once. At a certian point its oh they are fighting again. STALKER 2 is very strange, you never even need to go to dutys base for anything at all, and you cant do shit for any of the factions even. Its all random side quests that arent interesting or even remotely fun.

@ yeah it really feels like the Older factions take a back seat to the new ones and I’m still trying to process my feelings about that, though as a Monolith fanboy I’m pretty satisfied with everything we got in that sense. I found a lot of fun in artifact hunting though. Made a map of anomaly fields and made a path through all of them. Seeing a backpack full of artifacts is a dopamine hit everytime
