Yes there is few of them. One before crossing immigration and one after u pass the immigration near baggage carousel area

Interesting questions. I see flowers shops at departure area. I haven't seen any in arrival. There's not much shops in arrival.

I think they only sell thai orchids. Did not see any rose flowers. Sorry man could not help much.
