It's just one time signature - 15/8 - per an interview with Danny L Harle that I can't remember the name of right now. Definitely one of the coolest usages of an unconventional time signature I've heard in a while, even now

@@pacman22XD He literally said it in an interview, if you look up 'dummy mag danny l harle interview', click the first result, and go find the title of this song in the article, he says it's written with 15/8. If you take the time to count out the beat of the song, either as 1-15 or as a eight beat measure and a seven beat measure alternating, since there is no real difference except from a psychological perspective, you'll find that it lines up perfectly.
