Consolidated PBY Catalina, a long range plane for maritime intelligence and antisub plane also as well. Now (how about nowadays?) as a waterplane for woodfires. Okay, good, then thanks for that.

Why do the British planes have the Bulls Eye marking? Seems like it gives the enemy a direct target to help them aim for!

Can't tell if you're being serious, but I'll explain it anyway. That's what's known as a roundel, very common amounts air forces all over the world, and its used to identify aircraft as well as acting as the 'logo' for the airforce

Most unusual to see the Spanish built '109' without a Swastika in British skies! This is a first.

It was only one spanish 109 without the swastika. Maybe it was on an airshow in germany before the show in duxford, and they had no time to paint it back on.

@@EpicTalfo Rather than painting it on, operators will use stickers that can be removed to have display flights in nations where the symbol is banned. And sometimes those stickers come off in flight.

Its owners preference. I believe that aircraft is owned privately, and it's up to whoever has the money as to whether it flies with swastikas or not.

why am I seeing aircraft with engine problems in so many videos now, use a SLOW SHUTTER SPEED !!! 1/50 through to 1/120 will work, 1/50 best.
