Hey Charity _train Girl I intend to relocate once i win the lottery with my immediate family as im going to elaborate. Question. Im unmarried, living with a girlfriend with 2 kids in between where 1 is from a previous relationship. How do i go about stating how my family is structured honestly without having to lie about being married, or not marrying for the sake to gain favor, right on the DV lottery entry form , DS _260 FORM and during interviews???

Then you are considered to have two children since one has not been born yet...once you give birth you will adjust the details along with the new birth certificate of your newborn

Get a lawyer to get you documents and write that you are legally separated because they will need evidence that you are really separated

Not really but it depends on how the interview went between you and the consular. If your child's birth certificate date is very new and you have no old pictures to prove a relationship between you and the child, it raises the suspicion of the consular. Some consular may tell you to go and do DNA test.
