From Ghana but Living in.China for 4 yrs. i won the lottery 2019 and i had my interview in Guangzhou China , though i qualify with education as Graduate but the consular officer kept my Case on App till today ,reason behind is to do background check in Ghana. My advice for you is to do your best to have your interview in your country so it makes it easy for reviewing your civil and other documents .

Hy brit, straight to the point suppose someone was cohabiting and they had akid and then they separated or divorced not lawfully because they were cohabiting so what if she applies and includes the son only and not the husband can the dv be cancelled And then suppose we are cohabiting and have one kid but two of us are submit different entries and by luck one of us wins or gets selected then before or like amonth to our appointment will legalize our marriage wont it lead to cancellation then the next thing is enlighten us more on the emailing address for there are always two provisions for the emailing address , could it be where we are going to be received from. thanks brit i will be grateful hearing from you in the near future

Hello BritSimon , i' be been very disappointed with my other fellow applicant in DV 2018, where we have been selected for this DV my case member was AF41*** and our VB was current and after they made a cut off to 38500 so we end up by loosing our means and time , we were so disappointed, we want your help to explain what happened and what makes a cutoff to happen during the whole procedure! Yeah, that was horrible. They messed up badly in the calculations of what the embassies could handle. So - in the end they took as many as they could, but still underfilled. There is nothing that can be done about it. I explained on my blog at the time.

Dear Mr. Simon, Thank you for the kind explanation! I am an undergraduate student graduating next week, as well as one of the DV2021 winners. Initially, I planned to begin my graduate study this month in the US, but due to the COVID-19 the summer semester was suspended to the mid of August. I have received my F-1 visa in March 2020 and a new I20 starting in August. During the past, I have conducted some paid parttime internships and unpaid parttime internships while studying fulltime at university. However, I didn't any state any of my internships as working experiences while applying to my F-1 visa, because I read some suggestions online stating working experience requires to be paid and fulltime (to have tax certificate and to prove the ability to "fully support" oneself). I wonder if I had made a mistake... Should I ignore the past mistakes and disclose these internships as working experiences in my DS260? Will it be a huge problem that disqualifies me if the application data of my DS260 does not match F-1 visa? P.S. I have checked the O*Net website as well as the instructions of DV 2021 and didn't really find precise disclosure regarding internship or parttime experiences... Would you suggest I send an email to KCC and ask them directly? Or it would be better for me to remain silent? Thank you for your time and understanding.
