Hi, I discuss it briefly in Lecture 3e at 13:15 - kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y3_KiKaHf6h6otU Strangely, I have a slide for this at the end of Lecture 4, but it isn't in the recording. Maybe I decided to move it to Lecture 3, making it redundant in Lecture 4... Anyway, I don't go into detail about it - mainly that you run some sort of placement during synthesis to get better wire parasitic estimates.

@@AdiTeman Sir I cannot find a good online reference for Physical only cells( tie cells, endcap cells, filler cells, spare cells etc.) which explains their requirement and working. Can you kindly suggest any source?
