Nusians claimed that they were " protecting their ethnicity" and guesan citizens were pissed off by this and they were discovered to be a regular nusian army and then annexed the whole country. Problem. Lorewise, the player team, Stronghold 5-5, is practically a group of near-superhuman operatives tasked with the most important missions. We don't exactly know how the rest of the army is doing based on the status of Stronghold 5-5 alone. Yes, it's likely they have access to the same tech Stronghold 5-5 does, but they might not be as skilled or capable.
