Although Dvořák's Eighth Symphony earned the nickname "English" due to its release in London, he composed it far from the hustle and bustle of big cities, at his summer residence in beloved Vysoká. The pleasant surroundings likely contributed to the joyful atmosphere of this masterful and popular work! ✨🌳
