I finally found the same edge snare for an affordable price recently, it really is the snare to end all snares haha..! Everything I love about the warm, rounded sensitivity of brass but with the mid range presence and body of wood. Possibly not quite as snappy or immediate to respond as an all metal shell, but hugely satisfying for everything else it brings..! Lovely playing too, btw 👌🏻😊

Both sound good. The second have more punch and volume, it is brighter and more define too. The second is the one to go for !

The second snare has a louder attack sound, but I prefer the first snare fir Jazz aplication...🎉
