The UFL is the NFL's unofficial developmental league. Just look at how the kickoff rule has been changed and how a lot of backups are coming from these spring leagues.

Should have asked him why his scouting department can't seem to find good defensive ends and late round gems like other teams. Also, why they're allergic to SEC players. Falcon's scouting has been robbing Arthur Blank blind for years.
