Boi wha da hell boi it’s a relative weakness, not an explicit one. As Doom uses both technology and magic while Lex only uses the former, the Everyman project didn’t make him any weaker to it than he already was.

Saying Superman is weak to magic is like saying humans are weak to stabbing. Sure it can lead to death if you get stabbed but you can survive. Superman has no resistance to magic so it is effective against him but he it isn't like Kryptonite to him. He can withstand magic. It's not like if you are a magic user you have an advantage against Superman. You just know your magic can work on him the same way it would work against others. Magic is basically an equalizer for Superman. It is one of those things that can affect him just as much as it can affect a human. His durability might make it so he can take more but he won't be walking through magic like he does a Kamehameha.
