Lt. B. Brown (A-2) stops a reckless driver on Interstate 30 near the Mabelvale West overpass in Southwest Little Rock (Pulaski County). The driver refuses to exit, so back up is started. Capt. J. Sheeler (A-1) & Trp. J. Shumate (A-40) assist A-2. The subject was transported to the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility for DWI.
