John D Rockefeller advised Henry T Ford to go into fossil cars and the electric car disappeared. Electric cars are around 90 % efficient. Electric buses are have a higher load factor ie they carry more passengers per journey on a average. Around 85 % of journeys can be made by active transport or public transport.
