So You play the game by CI Games, the former CITY Interactive, notorious for making and selling low-quality games on the Polish market. The reason the game looks bad is because it goes on CHROME engine, which was introduced around 1999. And, well... after playing this, I wonder what You will say after playing "Enemy Front", so far the latest game by CI Games from 2014.

I actually got this game in a bundle for 4 dollars with sniper ghost warrior 1&2. But every time I try to play it or start the game it crashes or just doesn't start.

This is a LITERAL ripoff of sniper elite 3, from the bpm and slow mo mechanics in the ads, to the gun models and stealth, and they're both set in WW2. Sniper elite 3 is a very difficult game, so is this, but the reason this is difficult is because of SHIT hit detection. Oh, did i mention they both have narration too?

Well know that you mention it Unreal 04 does look much better than this sniper piece of crap (both graphically and, well the game itself) but I guess I was paying too much to the sniper rifle in this game, looks out of place compared to the 90s environment

CI games... ugh. If you aren't familiar with them count your blessings. The short version is They mass produced countless shitty games in such a short time basically cash grabbing and milking funds and players for continued revenue. I had the pleasure of speaking to an ex Dev of CI games who left the company years back. He basically said CI games would produce these shitty games over working their devs just to keep getting money from higher ups and sponsors.
