That’s a very good question… I never check until after you asked… … I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out… and I just made a video explaining it for you… Basically, you have to open the rocket arm by unscrewing it…

Just bought one for 400 aud, Should be here within 5 or so days. was hoping to get Vectron's (if that ever happens) as thats the most accurate, but thats potentially years away. My only issue with Gabriel is the face sculpt, its really off. And i also wish he came with more accessories, maybe some blast effects

Agreed, the face sculpt is off - flat face… and more accessories would be nice… but maybe Vectron might be better - YEARS AWAY… but maybe the Gabriel you’ll get within 5 days will fill in until then…

I just recently got my DX9 gabriel on the 22nd wednesday of this month. Now i also hav both terminus and gabriel. But i wish they also released the blue versions

That’s great! Which one do you prefer (DX9 / FT)? FT did release the blue version (Guardian) but it cost too much, so I passed… Unfortunately, I don’t think DX9 will make one… but Hasbro did recently make one from the WFC… I got that one, but I don’t know why but I did bet the Legacy Generations Select…

@@streakshooter918 i like them both. I originally prefer Dx9 tho. Im displaying dx9 gabriel with the O/S Jinbao Devastator and then Terminus with my chrome Toyworld Devastator. I thot Dx9 also made a blue one. Ive seen pictures

I personally have disdain for cartoon accuracy. I believe in character accuracy. Both cartoons and toys should strive to capture original and authentic interpretations of a character. Therefore embellishments are welcome. War for Cybertron and legacy do a great job of this.

Yeah some collectors don’t like toon accuracy, which is understandable… cause we all have our own preferences…. I agree with your “accuracy…” but some characters are hard to achieve… e.g., most Autobot toys have a face mask… and the cartoon has a face… … … but maybe the “swapping…” of face can resolve both… but the color… such as Bombshell’s “grey…” chest in robot… and “purple in alt mode… is hard to fix… but BadCube did a excellent job fixing that… with some stylized interpretation that you may like… and for the most part, I agree that WFC and Legacy do a great job at it… but the design engineering and cost is another issue… and distribution… Like Seaspray being a “WALMART EXCLUSIVE!!!”

Great Comparison...I agree with the details and prefer DX9, Always thought FTs was Over Engineered and Over Hyped. IMO tho, there is an Overall Winner and that is the WJ Ultima Gaurd.

Thanks… WJ Ultima Guard has a lot of great features (light, sound, working tank, details, stability, the mini figure in the cartoon, etc), but the only downside for me is that it’s not cartoon accurate… but it is a great figure… I wish I got it (for the mini figure), but… I settled for FT at the time…
