Yes he's done a good job to a point, his remit was to keep us in the league so on that basis he's done well... Ish... The issue I have is he keeps bleating on about the stuff behind the scenes which he can't talk about but mentions it on a weekly basis... His job is to make the existing players and team better, improve the squad within the financial limitations. He's not working in a war zone saving lives, he's a coach earning millions, make the team better and stop moaning about how hard your job is... We all know the issues at Everton... If it's as bad as he suggests whys he still there.... I was behind Dyche until recently but this song and dance is boring and tiresome like his team selections and lack of in game management.... Rant over 😂👍😂😩
