i took mine out of the box, cleaned the bolt and relubed it properly set the dwell to 21 ms closed the LPR adjust the hpr to achieve 290-300 fps start to open it by turning 1 full cycle at time, about 2 full cycles and a half (2,5 turns out) it was shooting butter! and i have no idea what i was doing >.

+Caio Lavina If you close the LPR wouldn't the bolt not cycle properly?
@apoiadorremunerado53889 жыл бұрын
It was cycling perfect fine
@Doctoberfest9 жыл бұрын
That's curious with a closed LPR I don't understand how it could still shoot. Unless you are saying you closed the LPR and then opened it to get the bolt to cycle and then upped your Velocity?
@apoiadorremunerado53889 жыл бұрын
are you sure you r not talking about velocity reg or as i called up there the hpr?? because even with lpr closed i had enough pressure to keep the bolt cycling.. in fact if you "OPEN" the LPR your velocity goes down..
@apoiadorremunerado53889 жыл бұрын
actually if you read the last line "i have no idea what im doing" you will get it

Thanks for taking the time out to do this video. With the DM15 what would you call 'finely tuned', how much should your feet/second be varying between at each shot?
@escapethefate7X9 жыл бұрын
+Joe Woodford My velocity was +-3

I have a question: What is the DM15 accuracy compared to lets say a Luxe or a Planet Eclipse? I'm thinking on buying one.
@FreshlySnipes9 жыл бұрын
How do you compare it to the DM14? I have a 14 and am contemplating trading it in for a 15. Do you think its really better than the 14?? I have a Billy Wing bolt and it is fully broken in.
@glennwilson22369 жыл бұрын
FreshlySnipes The 15 has the billy wing stock, and the grip is thinner and the feed neck has been lowered. I say the 15 is the better option
@escapethefate7X9 жыл бұрын
+FreshlySnipes The dm15 has slight different ergonomics. I also like the lower feedneck on the dm15. I did actually like the fatter grips on my dm14. They both shoot pretty similar to each other

shocker rsx or dm15?
@TheKillaInc8 жыл бұрын
i own both dm15 shoots ropes
@thatoneguydrew8 жыл бұрын
They are both completely different in the way they shoot. If I'm playing in the back I would use my dm15. If I'm playing front or snake I'd opt for my shocker.

Do you think this shoots better than a tuned geo 3.5?

Could anyone help me on how to switch firing modes in a DM15? Now that I have it I don't know how to switch it. Thanks.

What do you mean by Dye have a bad reputation? Maybe you can enlighten me. What I hear from different people are good things about that company like they make good quality products etc.

+Freedom Fighters I think it's because of the yearly release for the DM line. And probably the 'missing' OLED board rant. I've shot a DM9, 12 and 14 . And each of those shot amazingly, even compared to my old Ego 09 which was a great marker. I've never owned a Dye marker so I can't give my opinion on their quality in the long-run, but what I can say is they're smooth, comfortable because of the UL frame, consistent over the chrono (when tuned properly) and come with one of the best barrels on the market.

+Diversity Krew Dye makes incredible products. People just like to hate on dye since they didn't feature an oled screen in the dm15. The resale value on dye guns is also pretty bad which has left a bad taste for some. I personally love their products and will continue to purchase them. They make some of the best markers in the industry but it's all preference really.
