disclaimer: i can't believe i have to say this but these products do not lighten your hair, they can only give you a subtle tint of color on top of your dark hair, which is most visible in the sun. therefore, your dark hair will still look the same indoors and everywhere else. this is a great alternative for those who want to experiment with colors but don't want to damage their hair. if you want to achieve super vibrant colors, the only way is by bleaching your hair.

You guys may or may not know about my hair journey, but I’ve bleached my hair numerous times and had purple hair before but I decided to finally take a break from bleaching to preserve the health and integrity of my hair. That being said, I do miss having purple hair and this product was the perfect thing to try out since it’s a deep conditioner and doesn’t contain harsh chemicals or bleach. How long did this last? I'd love to dye my hair at the start of the summer because we aren't allowed dyed hair at school. Would it fade completely in 2 months? Should I use the daily conditioner or not? Edit: I've never dyed my hair before and it's quite a bit lighter than yours so I'm hoping it's a bit brighter.

The color will last as long as you keep using the product!! I have dark hair so I can’t say how long it’ll take to fade for lighter hair. I would say if you use the deep treatment once, it should fade out within a month. I would recommend the daily conditioner if you want something less pigmented to maintain the color. If you’re thinking of just having colored hair in the summer, you could probably do without it. Hope this helps xx

section your bangs and tie the rest of your hair back. make sure you evenly coat your bangs (you could further section your bangs in multiple layers if it helps). good luck xx

It’s not necessary, but it’s up to you! The bottles (daily conditioner) are intended for everyday use while the tubs (deep treatment) are for touch-ups once in a while.

If you’re rinsing the dye out of your hair, it won’t stain but if some dye spills without being worked into your hair, it will stain a white tub, but with cleaning bleach and stain remover, it should come out with a few scrubs.

These products only give dark hair a SUBTLE TINT that shows best in direct sunlight. Of course, if you have lighter/browner hair than mine, the color will show up even better. I wanted to provide an option for those who have dark hair and want to experiment with colors without damaging/bleaching their hair. I just wanted to share my own experience and personally, I was very satisfied with the results. Your discretion is advised and it’s up to you whether you want to try it out yourself. How much of the tube did you use?

For my whole head, I used about 1.5 handfuls out of the tub (deep treatment). For the bottle (daily conditioner), I used 2 palmfuls, but I mainly focused them into my scalp/front of my hair and the ends. It’ll depend on your hair type, but I have fine, thin, straight hair if that helps!

hi!! it depends on how often you wash your hair, but if you use the daily conditioner every time you wash your hair, the color should last essentially forever until you decide to stop using the products altogether. hope this helps x
