sir you said that a child of 5 or 10 years of age can't be a competent witness to give a dying declaration but Section 118 of IEA does not bar any minor to be a witness. So shouldn't a minor be competent declarant?

Sir , in case one boy and a girl had a marraige against the will of girl's parents, later on... The girl parents have done sucide..and in their letter they have written the reason of their death is her daughter is marrying against their will...thats y they hv committed sucide....but acc to law marrying with his/her choice is a right which our constitution have given us...but here in the above case, is their daughter will be liable for there sucide...i.e 306 of ipc

Dying declaration can be given to any person but evidentiary value in front of doctor or magistrate is quite high .
