@@shepe7718 I don’t think so, because they don’t have weapon mods like that in this game. Where you create a weapon with a weapon. It’s possible though. But the only reason I could see them not adding it to that bundle is because they don’t want everyone being able to get guns at the start of the game by just buying a bundle. But they probably will

Techland is Answering The Questions regarding the updates, DLC, Events and More. I am very happy that my predictions are coming true but also, I want to say that the Devs still haven't realized that they're giving the players undiscardable gear pieces that wind up clogging either their inventory or their stash. Still Can't toss the Renegade Boss masks, any of the 3 fedoras, any of the variants of Skullface's mask or any of the Gear pieces. Techland needs to make the useless gear have the dismantle option, The Same way with the Carnage Manica when they improved it and gave it a blueprint. I'm still waiting with Patience...

I hope The Devs understand our issue and fix it immediately, the same way with the Carnage Manica by giving it a blueprint to craft it and dismantle option. Bloody ties could be improved. The event items can even get blueprints like the Carnage Manica. Guns are coming on the 22nd and the Ammo could be getting blueprints as the Bows and Crossbows. Everything I've been predicting is coming true.

Honestly, I feel that the best implementation for firearms would be to add another chapter agent (like Harper/the Huntress). Leveling up the agent allows access to new guns and ammo types; ammo of which cannot be crafted, only bought using the agent's tokens. I feel this would allow ammo to be scarce, but not too scarce, and also make guns feel unique. Thoughts?

We need a mad max like map that is set in the desert or something where we dont have skyscrapers and 6 story buildings and paragliding to use because realistically the map is small asl with most of the buildings are pointless instead of that give us a map that has actuall points of interest there is to much gaurd post and not alot to do in the game all together there is maybe 5 bandit camps most of the things we have to do is night time rinse and repeat stores and dark hollow so i really hope we all can agree that a dlc map set in the desert with dune buggys would go crazy

I think it’s smart adding guns after 2 years. If I remember correctly they did the same with the first game, added guns later. It’s a way to please the community and the developers. Basically the majority of people will have already played the game once without guns. And experienced the game the way the developers wanted us to. And now for future playthroughs we can play the way we want to. Best of both worlds! I think a lot of developers should do stuff like this but using new game+! Have tons of items and weaponry that may break the game a bit, but you can only use them on a second playthrough or something like that

Nope, Crane uses a pistol in the very first cutscene. You could also get a pistol right at the beginning from a little hut by the water. And you get your first rifle within the first hour of the game. Dl1 had them at launch.

@@Amir_H7 Let's remember that The Story of Dying Light and Dying Light 2 is Something Different because Crane usually carried a Gun because he worked for the GRE and Aiden possibly maybe even in The Prologue Spike gives a Gun to Aiden or Dylan or Hakon.

I just think ammo needs to be way more scarce. Like maybe you can only purchase it, but each vendor only has like 20 rounds to buy. Making it really expensive wouldn’t work because money isn’t a problem really for most players. But I do feel it needs to feel more scarce like a survival game. I am sure its not coming in first months of 2024. there are few signs saying it will happen later, like modding support is coming late. the update is called firearms so not sure what else we are getting this month. I hope we get all the features from the roadmap this month and if we do then Yes DLC 2 can release soon in the first few months.
