I couldn’t find any videos like this either. The only thing I found was black girls dying their wigs grey. So I’m very excited that you are showing us how you dye your natural hair this color. I’ve been wanting to do the same thing to my natural hair.

Your skin is beautiful. Next time maybe just use the Platinum 150 because it has a very blue base and hopefully will look more steel grey than ash blonde. Blue cancels orange and purple cancels yellow...(and while I'm at it red cancels green). It looks good though, did a nice job toning. I'm sure you can pull of most colors.

I can see the silver clearly! Its sooo cute 😭😭😭🙌 I'm gonna run out to the hair store tmrw to pick me up some silver dye because I bleached my hair & its orange now & I hatttttee it lol. Way too warm & orange for my skintone :( I need it an ash tone. So I'm gonna buy some silver semi permanant color & make some diy blue toner to cancel out the orange-yellow tones (its like s really warm gold tone)in my hair & dark my roots dark again & smudge them bc the bleach lightened them. I'm nervous bc I've never used semi permanant color before & afraid of it bleeding bc I swim a lot in the hot months. ~sorry for the long essay 😂 lol.~

Lol I love when y’all write me long comments! & sis I highly.. highly.. HIGHLY suggest you stay out of the water with bleached hair!!!! I’ve had my hair bleached for over a year now & I still haven’t gotten my hair in the water because I’m soooooooo petrified that all my hair will break off or it turn green ! & oh yea my hair was that color too when I bleached it 😂🤦🏾‍♀️... the best & the easiest thing that I’ve found to get my hair the color I wanted it was to use a box dye because they already have all the tones/colors balanced to perfection! I think it’s cute, but if you hadn’t said I wouldn’t have known it was supposed to grey. I’m scared to dye my hair permanently again cuz I get bored too quick. And EVERY time I’ve dyed my hair I’ve literally cut like 6inches off cuz when I’m done, I’m DONE and just want it out.

It's a semi-perm color...it fads in about a month, even if you're only doing co-wash! Semi-perm colors are great for natural hair and a fun way to try out other colors that won't ruin your hair.
