Many girls on TikTok would use their leftovers or another box after they touch up their roots. It always confused me because?? I'm pretty sure it would make it lighter because of the developer. Either way, I use those semi-dyes, and they're So good! Affordable, and it lasts. I have some hair-bleached experience, etc. So, your video is a good direction for beginners.

I have copper hair now too and have the same issue. I have brown regrowth so I’m going to use the L’Oréal high color in sizzling copper on my root with a 30 developer, but I was thinking I should just use developer with the adore dye too to deposit it in the hair eventually. Ugh I’m not sure.

You will if your hair isn't dyed black but the only thing is you'll have to do it twice because the ends take so long to change colour! And giirllll I feel like i'm horrible with makeup tbh!

If you want the colour to have a longer lasting power I'd suggest not putting the conditioner into it ! But yes the adore colours should work!!

I would recommend using the hicolor hi-lights in copper on your whole head! Do the middle section of your hair first since your ends are blonde and your roots will automatically dye faster because of your head heat!

no no definitely not! You'd mix the hi color hilights copper with developer and put that on your hair but don't apply it to your roots until last! The adore colors i only use on my hair weeks later once its faded !

I use the adore dyes to refresh my hair colour once its faded ! But yes if you have dark brown hair use the hicolor on your whole head and put it on your roots last!

Question, I know your video came out a year ago but I was wondering if I only have the Adore Copper Brown and Adore Cajun Spice would either of those colors work for new hair growth (my black roots)? To refresh you color at the ends I think adores cinnamon or Cajun spice would help? Idk do a patch test to see if they match. 🤷🏾‍♀️

You can do it whenever you want to because its not damaging! I do it whenever I notice my hair fading so maybe every 2 weeks because I don't wash my hair everyday!

You can definitely do that but i'd suggest leaving the color on longer so that it fully deposits into the blonde!

As in using the hi color on your roots and then putting adore on previously dyed hair? Or just adore on your previously dyed hair, if so then it should take evenly as long as you coat everything really well and leave it in for minimum 1 hour 💖

I tried this but I didn’t have the orange blaze to balance out the Cajun spice, so now I have orange roots and a brownish cinnamon color for the ends 😭
