OffbeatLook I heard about garnier same and pante too but Pante is more dangerous anyway I use Head & shoulder classic but I can tell the best are natural shampoo all this from stores are dangerous cause is play with fire.You never know will you lose your hear or even worst things. Better is stick with shampoo you are using if nothing bad happened don't change.Is safer.

I'm surprised ur hasn't broken off yet. You are putting bleach on top of bleach which is stressing the hair and using 30 vol may give u a quick result but it eats at your hair very quickly. To avoid that u should have kept with 20vol and maybe do a double process or do it within 2 weeks worth of time and sectioned a little neater to avoid touching already bleached hair. Your curls would have been a lot more curlier and healthier

Deja Faison I definitely just tried as I am coconut Co wash which was amazing! instead of constantly washing. but, I mix coconut oil, the co-wash, Shea Moisture deep conditioner, jojoba oil, and whatever else.. I heat mine up, and leave it in over night. I also love 3 minute miracle by aussie works wonders for moisture, I use it as a leave in aswell
@maddinkart7 жыл бұрын
Omg sounds amazing. I'm still trying different natural products and stuff for my hair to find which works best the dye is the only thing I do to it. Been natural 3 years almost and while I found a few products I really like (Shea Moisture is something I JUST discovered three months ago sadly) I need a regimen you know?
@tbenny98777 жыл бұрын
I completely understand! I do the same thing, I just bleached, then did red.. my hair stopped curling properly so, I used the Aphogee serious care & protection line, after I dye my hair. When it comes too conditioning, I'll buy anything that looks good, the ingredients anyways.. and try it out. I don't know about your hair, but mine gets used to products then stops working how it did in the beginning definitely kills me lol. But natural there's the eggs, mayo, avocado, and coconut oil I'm pretty sure it is, but I don't like the smell of any of those lol

Raven Aslansra I definitely recommend putting coconut oil on your ends the night before and letting that sink in and be a buffer to your ends. Also, make sure you do hot oil treatments before and maybe after (sometimes it removes semipermanent hair colour so be careful) and keep them conditioned at all times!

With the purple shampoo a lot of people make the same mistake. They just apply it on the hair and are disappointed when there are no results. You're supposed to work it/rub it into the hair to work the purple into the hair to tone.
@OffbeatLook9 жыл бұрын
awkwardsilence45 Yeah, while editing the video I was just like omg why would I do that?? Like the Camille from a year ago kinda disappointed me a bit at that part but not much cuz it just shows how much we can learn and grow in a year ya know? I noticed with this one in particular that it works better if you keep it a darker colour for a while then lather it up but that could just be me or this brand, but if I could go back, I definitely would have bleached those roots better before toning haha

I have white/silver hair right now and what I use is white bleach. I know a lot of people use the blue. But for me the white bleach helps a lot more. And when I use the purple shampoo, I put in some white conditioner with some purple shampoo and leave it in for about 30 minutes to an hour. But before you do so,or after that, when you're in the shower shampoo your hair with warm water with the purple shampoo, then take a half of a lemon and squirt the juice into your your hair, rinse and use the purple container. If you don't have that, what I do is put some purple shampoo in some conditioner, it works about the same. Hope this helps:)

A very good trick for when you're bleaching your hair or take a plastic bag and put your hair inside of it and tie the bag closed then use a hair dryer on low and blow dry the bag, but obviously keep it a distance away. Doing this will activate the bleach so that it works better and faster and the bag will keep the bleach from drying out on your hair. I use to dye my hair like every month and I used bleach a lot and it really helped.

Thinking of doing my hair like this for the winter. Just to kind of emulate the season, haha. I'm a Taurus that way. Anyway, this video was really helpful to get that done. One thing I can say--if you haven't realized it already--is that putting a shower cap on your head once you've applied all necessary hair bleaching products really gets the process going a lot faster. I, too, have very curly hair like yours, and would rather get the process done all-in-one than to wait a couple days, or weeks to get it done.

You shouldn't leave the coconut oil in your hair, it´s better to wash to out. Oil neutrolize bleach, so your hair might be a lot more yellow, if it worked. Even when you thinks it´s better for your hair the bleach will work a lot better without the oil ;). (btw this is what my hair dresser told me)

My hairdresser told me it's good to have your hair as oily as possible. It creates a barrier from the damage but bleach is so strong it won't affect the color. I've been bleach blonde platinum for awhile (from black hair) and the only reason it hasn't fallen out yet was because of the coconut oil

This was really helpful. I wasn't expecting your roots to look that good from the yellow. Beautiful color.

Haha blue is opposite from orange on the color wheel crazy! :) I love your hair videos :) it makes me miss the good old days when I would stay up all night dying my hair :)

I love you and your videos. I feel bad that you had to keep on putting so much products on your roots. And you look like Nicki Minaj yet, you sound just like Selena Gomez. And that color looks really nice on you.

Joemaan Berrios Thanks so much!! It was a looong process of trial and error, but the best part is that I learned from what I did so next time it will be a lot easier. And it's funny how I get compared to those two a lot haha. Thanks again

THIS WAS ALL DONE IN ONE DAY???? did ur hair die?
@OffbeatLook8 жыл бұрын
I think it took a few days to do this. I usually do it in several days

I think black roots in like a balayage style would look so pretty with the coloured hair and you wouldn't have to bleach you roots everytime 🙈 good video though!! (:

Tbh her hair is longer than mine so you lot saying blah blah it's unhealthy it's gonna fall out... she's clearly done this many many times and her hair is still long curly and looks more or less decent considering what it's been trough. Everyone's hair is different so... if yours would fall out boo hoo! Don't do it then lol. My hair is Afro too and black brown; I have had it silver before and it's still super strong and curly 🙌🏽
@chynna30508 жыл бұрын
Lmao just because someones hair is long doesnt mean its not unhealthy. It is unhealthy,even she admits it in the video and she prob wouldnt do this method ever again. It's okay for people to worry. At least they care ...you don't. You just care how it looks which is pretty sad
@ForgiveMyMadness8 жыл бұрын
+Chynna N. ??? Ok you care, fair enough...but did she put the video on KZbin to receive messages on how dry her hair is or how unhealthy it is etc? No this is a vid precisely telling you how to dye your hair silver. Not all Afro girls want your standard 1b colour hair and are happy to sacrifice some health of the hair to colour it. So what? Anyone thinking you can do this without causing some damage to your hair is batshit crazy. I just don't get why people have clicked this video KNOWING this, just to come and comment on how damaged her hair is lol if you don't like it go watch a video on greasing dat crusty hair up girlfriend. ✌🏽️

You are the most patient person ever! Color processing is a bitch! But you did so well and stayed calm through all the levels of lift. You have beautiful hair, can't wait to see more videos:)

I know this video is old but... the BEST bleach I found was a cream bleach. I NEVER got my hair almost white after 1 round of bleaching... I used joico creme bleach. you use it just like powder and mix it with the developer.. it's a little more expensive but it's AMAZING..
