Actually, there’s a quote in the game that contradicts this. If you talk to the Blue Toad near the Lighthouse which takes you to Gelato Beach in some point of the game he will state that Yoshis once lived on Isle Delfino a long time ago

Rakugo is a Japanese story-telling method, where in front of a live audience a single actor would recite a story, usually from multiple perspectives. The Rakugo play in which a couple has trouble naming their child involves reciting the names, perfectly, multiple times, from two different characters' perspectives, while also changing up the intonation and intent, resulting in a complex and hard to remember play. A recent anime by the name of Joshiraiku remade that particular play with anime-girl names and released it as a drama CD. The ending song to the anime actually referenced the original long-ass-name as well. I'd suggest googling both and prepare for a real ride.

Mr Neddlemouse (sorry this is going to be a long behind comment) wow it sounded like he was bothering you too? :/ I noticed some conversations you two had in your recent videos' comment sections and he seems nice but the fact he mentioned he was blocked by someone dawned me. I don't think you understood what he's actually doing... Mark may seem nice but for the past several months, he's been trolling me and a lot of my subscribers, leaving hate comments on our videos to the point that a bunch of them quit KZbin. I tried keeping it lighthearted with him but he keep bashing heads at me which scared away my friends. He constantly and repeatedly called me a hypocrite and a pedophile because I don't upload memes and Fortnite videos for him and tried pushing me into doing it. He tried trolling me by saying he likes every modern cartoon over classic cartoons such as Teen Titans Go the that Power puff girls reboot. One point I posted a poll in my community tab to see if he'll answer a question about me "killing myself" and another if I should quit KZbin, and I was surprised by his responses (and I was already depressed at the time). If you look into his About tab now (he does this sometimes), you'll notice he's calling out on another small channel and I bet you he left hate comments on his videos. Recently he got his friend to join in after I uploaded an AMV and _he_ started drama on my channel. They even threatened me to take down my videos when I already got two false community strikes on my channel. So if you're wondering why he was blocked by "m&m", what I told you about is basically why that happened. Idk why he's doing this besides him "having fun" or he's "bored". What's going on with him and do you know about this?

@Poppy Eye And this isn't the only one either. They implicated that every block you see in every Super Mario Bros. Game after the first are Toads. Even though in the official manual the Toads that turned to bricks were at Peach's Castle, the Toads that say the Princess is in another castle isn't turned into stone, and when you beat the game, all of the Toads that turned into stone revert to normal.

This was an interesting video. So Mario _was_ hitting Yoshi in Super Mario World. Okay... I didn't know that the Rickroll song was in a Satelliview Mario game, nor did I see the bizarre Rule 34-esque Peach and Toad picture before. I would have liked to see a guitarist Rosalina, the Toadette, and Spirixie Princess costumes in Odyssey. It's neat learning new stuff about my favorite series. 😊

Corrections:1) It took 11 years to find the mistake since Bowser's skin was fixed for the GBA release "Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World". Super Mario Maker's redesign for Bowser was so that he would play consistently in all four styles and not because of the green skin. 2) Many of these "obscure" references are actually common knowledge to fans.

Of course he, alongside the rest of Nintendo, didn't liked the idea of Mario punching Yoshi so he changed it to him pointing hence why the official art shows Mario pointing for Yoshi where to aim his tongue. The video already mislead OP into thinking that Mario punching Yoshi is canon.
