Dylan's Next Steps

When Dylan graduated college two years ago, he asked his mom, "What's next?" Following their tried and true recipe for success-Facilitated Person-Centered Planning-they reached out to the DSHS Developmental Disabilities Administration to ask for another facilitated plan. This video shows the planning process and Dylan's continued quest to build community in support of his dreams.
