My favorite may be “Why Do We Lift?” Also, his one on fanboy-ism might interest you since you are a content creator yourself.

bro his back story is literally what I'm going through now. Except I'm 6'1, 155lbs, and terribly skinny. No matter how much I eat, how much I work out, how much I sleep, how much I rest, my muscles have not grown a bit over the course of a year. I've gotten stronger, but not bigger. Girls dont see "strong" girls see "big" and I want to be big. But I have no more time for relationships because I'm shipping out to Boot Camp in 4 months for the Marine Corps. Maybe there I'll be able to get the gains I want..
@impulsiveman5901 Жыл бұрын
Ay bro track your calories, and strength will eventually put in size. When you first get stronger but gain no size, it’s basically your muscles becoming more efficient but once they are efficient enough, more muscle is required to become stronger.

For many of us, high school was an arduous 4-years of torture. Teens can be super cruel to one another, and it's good that you turned those bitter lemons into sweet lemonade. We are all judged by our physical appearance, but looks are not 100% everything. There are many conventially beautiful women and men, but if their personality and aura is ugly then it's a buzzkill. The old adage, “pretty is as pretty does” cannot be more true.

I got bullied throughout middle school/highschool for being fat and autistic and also lgbt. After highschool I decided enough was enough and got a personal trainer after being a runner for a bit. I started out powerlifting until my PT mentioned bodybuilding. After bodybuilding for a year, I also incorporated calisthenics. Now no one really makes fun of me unless their jealous. I think even though bullying gave me ptsd, it still helped me imrpove myself after being a “loser” for 17 years of my life.

I went to a small private Catholic school for over privileged children and graduated in the top 8 out of 50 seniors. There were only 200 students from 7th through 12th grades. I only played football the first two years then stopped because I was the smallest player and never got to play. My senior year we got a wrestling coach and I became very good. I joined one of the largest gyms in the country when I graduated and got in good enough shape to compete. Came out second place a few times but was very proud of my 42” chest and 27” waist. At 5’-4” tall I weighed 128 pounds and with blonde hair, blue eyes and a five year architecture degree I have been quite popular. Of course my family is in the book “Founding Families Of New Orleans” where we came over in 1776 and well known throughout South Louisiana. Certainly my hometown and the city were I attended high school. Now starting over after a 10 year hiatus getting myself back together after my divorce. Just starting to date again and the author of the upcoming book “Forensic Architecture-Saving History One Project At A Time”. You are stunning and seem to enjoy your daily journey so let someone in. You will rendezvous with a guy that shares your interests and passions. You can share moments together anywhere as long as you are happy! 😎

So far I’m doing body dips, bicep curls on the bar and over the back of the bench, the lateral dip and the exercise which I can’t remember but will find out that’s known as the shirt filler which I’ve been told is the muscle between the outside of the bicep and tricep. The three lads I go with are around 18 stone so they already look big compared to me being just under 13.6 stone in weight. How can I bulk up or look more defined. I wish I had another skinny fat bloke like you were who could work with me.
