U can't directly change ur frigging skeletal structure, BUT u can train the traps minimally to avoid getting too much muscle mass there which can cause the shoulders to not look broad. One can also train side delts to give the illusion of broader shoulders

Just one little anecdote. I never had shoulder pain doing dips or shoulder press or bench. I listened to the whole 'you get enough front delt work with presses' crowd and started straining my front delt. I would always put them at the end for 1-2 sets to failure and it kept my front delts healthy. idk why he says they will destroy your shoulder.
