Just to be completely honest, the before and after footage was taken 1.5 months apart. This is because I didn’t actually start the 30 Day challenge until about 2 weeks after filming the before shots. Just wanted to clarify this in case you’re wondering why my hair grew as much as it did.. once again, 1.5 months between the footage. Thanks for watching and supporting me ❤️

If your hair seems dry the Nizoral shampoo is probably what’s drying it out if you get a higher quality ketoconazole shampoo it won’t dry out as much or at least I’ve heard. Also you shouldn’t put anything on your head after derma rolling because all of your pores are open mpmd has a video saying when to use the Minoxidil with derma rolling but for sure not a good idea no wonder the essential oils burned

I just want to alert people and not demoralize the youtuber because I think he spreads a good message overall throughout his youtube channel. But, these comparison parts are most likely always a scam. I can see your point but the appearance of his face structure is markedly different. thats one main point. Also as an aside his hair is longer hwr one would have to compare his avg hair growth rate before to growth during this experiment to see if the oils and diet helped the hair grow faster. Knowing how his hair grows he may be able to subjectively tell. So while your comments are while are on lighting etc, this doesn't take away what he has illustrated which includes the gain or change just by looking at his face shape. Your comments do not disprove or invalidate what is clear to see his face went from boyish to sharper, stronger

I wouldn’t say you were bad looking before but now you are generally a great looking dude. “Looksmaxing” isn’t a term I’ve ever heard before but it sounds like you just started taking care of yourself properly. It’s amazing how much better people can look if they just took the time to use proper hygiene. Women do that all of the time with makeup and stuff like that and it can make them go from 0 to 10. It’s sad that you thought you looked bad when really you just had to fine-tune a few of your facial features. It’s so easy for us to be harsh with ourselves when it when it comes to our appearance. Kudos to you for having the self awareness to realize that.

I think working out and eating healthy is so underrated. It's amazing how much those two factors alone can influence how we look. Water is also amazing. And yes; a skin routine is important. I have very delicate and sensitive skin so I usually "wash" my face with water and then do a gentle mask once a week. I've also incorporated honey and sugar as an exfoliating treatment once per week, as well. Some other things I'd like to mention: Curious about what your thoughts are on solutions for face tone correction and skin texture treatments? Would love to find content online that dives into that. I feel like it takes a lot of deep-diving for me to even scratch the surface on such topics. Perhaps my word search abilities need some improvement? lol.

Some Tips: I hope will help: Everything can be found in Target or AMZN. You as a lifter know and have an understanding of lighting and shadow right? Same thing applies here. The bathroom lighting is from above, downwards and directly at you which makes you "see" dark circles. If you see yourself lit from the sides and below with diffused light the "dark circles" arent there. The purple toothpaste is a gimmick. I noticed you have attachments on your teeth for invisalign. Crest 3D Diamond Strong mouthwash will whiten your teeth in a week. Brush/floss/tongue scrape normally. Put the trays in, and swish the mouthwash and spit. Dont rinse. Your teeth and the rinse are sitting in the trays and they will get brighter/whiter. Or use Crest Whiten strips as directed. I understand the colour theory of purple/blue cancelling out yellow... but the toothpaste isnt effective enough to actually begin brightening vs just optically diluting a colour over your teeth for an hour. Skip all the other essential oils which can cause breakouts and use Rosemary. It's proven to improve circulation and hair growth. Mielle makes really good Rosemary hair products that are super affordable. If you want a bit more skin colour which will show off more muscle definition, try Tan Luxe (Sephora). A few drops mixed with any body lotion apply all over - non streaky and it develops gradually over time into a very natural sun kissed look without orange hands. A super affordable and basic skin product routine. Ceravee, or La Roche-Posay. Get a cleanser, with Salicylic Acid (because you have acne). something with Niacinamide (to help with redness/angry skin) and then a moisturiser with SPF.

Man, I really hope this reaches you and find a way to your heart and soul. I was depressive for 23 years out of my 26 years of life. I survived cancer at 8, and my mom had me follow a very strict diet. She was also a ballet dancer, and I was simply not allowed to gain any weight. As a result, I developed a sort of eating disorder. I always had a very fast metabolism and was bullied bad for being "too skinny". I really hated my life. I would work, train, and do everything right, better and harder than anyone I knew, and I thought this was the answer all along... but I was wrong. Yes : bettering yourself is one of the keys to happiness! But the other one is self-acceptance, appreciation of your life and what you have. You may not have a particularly handsome face, but your body is *extremely above average* - if this is you in bad shape, I mean, you are truly a beast. It saddens me to see you having such body dysmorphia. At the end of the day tho, the secret to happiness is to accept yourself! I put on 20 pounds and went from 140 6' 3" to 6' 5" and 175 pounds within roughly 7 months. Which means right now, I do not have a model physique for the first time in my life - I've always been from super-skinny, size zero woman almost to average weight, low bodyfat. But now, I've bulked a tiny bit much and I have between 18 and 20 percent bodyfat. At the beginning it was weird. My mom saw me and she always pushed really hard for me to have a perfectly flat stomach. But this time, I didn't listen. This time I didn't let it go through me. I fought and told my parents how hard I worked for this. I know that I have a good diet and a better training regimen now! I met a lovely woman and we want to make a life together. I have great friends and equally great opportunities. And, I need a little calorie deficit every day and I'll look 2x as better within a year!! All those great things were all around me but I simply couldn't see them. So maybe, just maybe, you should try something else in your life. Maybe try training your mind... Buddhism, stoïcism tend to resonate with fitness types like you and me. My body is not perfect, I have eyebags and my teeth are a bit yellowed sometimes. But I don't care! My partner isn't perfect either... She wanna lose weight and I'm accompanying her on every step of this journey, including the missteps, which are steps, too! It's a lot easier to accept a little fall back when you accept yourself and your life as it is first. You have a great KZbin channel. You have a ridiculously good physique - seriously, I mean, dude : get some therapy, and I say that very respectfully, you'll thank me later because your perceptions is wildly flawed, body-wise you looks just amazing, yes ok your face is fairly average but when you *smile* it's not because then no face is average!!! You can do this. I know you can. We ALL believe in you. Now go for the greatest challenge you will ever find : ACCEPTING YOURSELF.

I'm taking minoxidil in capsule and finasteride, and I couldn't believe my hair came back. You should look for a trichologist and ask for minoxidil in that way, this habit of dripping minoxidil on the scalp is less effective, and it is annoying and impractical to drip everyday; it is easier to simply take the pill once a day. Finasteride does not bring your hair back, it just stops the DHT production process, what will make your hair grow back is minoxidil, with blood vessel irrigation.

Any sides from finasterida? Im worried about starting bs of that
@AlecFortescue Жыл бұрын
@@JP.......... Tried fin like 3 times. Every time after about a week I had breast pain and stopped. Trichologist had me take saw palmetto instead, 200g twice daily. It's cheap if you source powder; just ablut $5 for a 5 month supply. I maintained my hairline since I was 14. I am 30 and I look younger than the fella in the video and I ought to start giving myself more credit for sticking to the self care for years. The sooner you start, the better. If you notice changes, go on minoxidil and just keep using it. Use multi-step skin care routine., it's not meant to reduce signs of aging, it's about maintenance. I've yet to have a single wrinkle.
@cusid0 Жыл бұрын
@@JP.......... I've been taking it for about 2 years now and I haven't noticed anything; there's a friend of mine who complains of a lack of sexual appetite, but I think it's psychological or other problems, not the medicine; I have read that some people taking finasteride have problems with libido, but studies have failed to link lack of libido with finasteride. I noticed that my body hair started to grow faster, probably the effect of the minoxidil capsule.

I have been taking finasteride for 5 months. No side effects. I want to take oral minoxidl. Would you recommend me oral minoxidl? Im afraid of side effects from oral minox. I dont want to take topical minox because of the hassle of applying it twice a day

Dermarolling Needle length determines the depth of penetration and intensity of the treatment. Choose a shorter length (0.25mm - 0.5mm) for beginners and sensitive skin. Hygiene: Thoroughly disinfect the dermaroller before and after each use with alcohol or a specific disinfectant solution. Technique: Apply gentle pressure and avoid rolling over the same area repeatedly. Sunscreen: Use sunscreen daily, as microneedling makes skin more sensitive to the sun. Consult a dermatologist: If you have any concerns or pre-existing skin conditions, consult a dermatologist before using a dermaroller.

I don't typically watch guy content like this. I typically stick to science, makeup, horror, gaming and philosophy... And the few times I have clicked on videos that have similar thumbnails, captions and buzzwords... I always regret it. It's always some Jake Paul personality mixed with overly confident jerk trying to manipulate you into believing some BS is gonna do this or that ridiculous claim. But you were a breath of fresh air. You're seem genuine, realistic, honest about both the good and the bad, and you acknowledge that self esteem issues can be created or increased if you end up over analyzing your own flaws and that that's not ok. And you showcase both close and far shots of your skin and hair and you're open and up front about these things... And then on top of that, you're even open about your own insecurities surrounding them. I really respect that and if this is actually a genuine representation of who you actually are as a person (like when nobody is there to watch you but you'll still do the right thing) Then I hope that you never allow yourself to lose sight of this person. You seem like a good human being and I hope that whatever you're struggling with, whether on camera or off, that it improves for you or that you are able to get rid of your insecurities surrounding whatever they may be, if they even exist?

This is the ugliest my skin had ever been. My acne had completely destroyed my self-confidence, everyone laughed at me saying "you can't even clear your skin even after doing so much skincare". I cried everyday, 6 months ago I had perfect crystal clear glass skin. And today, I have a shit ton of acne. I do alot of skincare and nothing helped except salicylic acid and it only helped a bit. So, around 4 days ago I bought this new Indian Ayurvedic acne cream and my god this thing works wonders! This is the holy grail for my acne! My acne has improved so much till now. It completely healed my acne and flattened it in 2 days. Hopefully, I could get my old skin back in a few weeks or months.. Happy with my journey so far 😁.

You're not an average-looking guy. At 0:02 you can already tell you're attractive. Just because you've shaved badly on purpose and you have some acne and black circles under the eyes doesn't hide the fact that you can be very attractive. And it's not a complement like you mentioned in 0:30, it's just the starting point isn't exactly the average, so the result you get isn't average either. But what you show is ofc works, women use it.

I know you said you weren’t doing it for compliments but trust me you were never average before. You’re very handsome and look like an actor in one of those sexy college films like Rules of Attraction or something. Don’t worry too much about the routine sometimes less is more as long as you have a good quality cleanser and moisturiser preferably with SPF that are not full of nasty chemicals and preservatives you should be fine. Just be careful with sun exposure because it’s literally the only thing that ages your skin like mad alongside something like smoking or excessive drinking. Ideally you don’t want to look like you are using any products so sometimes too much skincare can make you look worse.

I think the diet, sleep and psychological health improvements are still the most major factors in your transformation. Maybe the hair stuff too. I just wanna say that almost half of what the eBook contains might mostly be some bullshit. Also don't be too hard on your macetor trainer. The excess training routines for this muscle could actually cause severe problems with nearly every part of your mouth (teeth, jaws, the muscle itself). Your content is great. All i want to say is that all of us need to consider such health and routine advice with a grain of salt and also to fact-check EVERY major look/health routine change in our day-to-day life.

This is what I try to explain to people when I say my face shape shifts when I’m going through low periods. My face bloats and my skin doesn’t have this clarity to it and overall body holds onto a lot of water retention. And when I change my habits in just over a week or two I see changes. It’s wild but self care and healthy diet and life style affects us physically from the inside and out
