That tank would suit me just saying that pink is the same color as my giant heart and that pump i found like 10 guppies in my reservoir as i never plugged the hole that the duckbill outlet goes in when i came back from cleaning my sponges and hollow quartz balls so when you clean your filter pump be sure to block the outlet hole so you dont end up with curious little fishes its such a bother to catch them to put them fish friends back where they belong.

Philip Baxter Hi in today joint photo. 11/07 ?? re the drying out of the bacteria in the filter when solar pump off - drum bog filter that stayed wet with non return at pump -that work ???

Howdy! It’s more the lack of oxygen that’s the issue for the nitrifying bacteria as a posed to drying out. Once the water stops flowing the O2 levels will drop and the bacteria will start to die. This will be a huge issue in summer as the warmer the water the less O2 there is .
